At Taatis, our state-of-the-art factory infrastructure is designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and high-quality output in every aspect of production. Our facility is equipped with advanced 12kW Bodor laser cutting machines, to lead our manufacturing process. Unlike traditional methods that rely on gas cutting or other less precise techniques, our exclusive use of laser cutting technology ensures zero errors and delivers fine-edge cutting with unmatched accuracy. Our dedicated workforce includes 50 skilled staff members and 10 office personnel, working together to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in every task. Our plant is fully integrated and uniformly organized, minimizing the need for manual labor in material handling. We have equipped our factory with 5-ton cranes, which are fully mobilized, to efficiently manage the movement of heavy goods. Additionally, we utilize trolley conveyors for streamlined transport within the plant, further enhancing operational efficiency. To ensure the highest quality finish, we have established a dedicated, covered painting room where all products receive meticulous finishing touches. This specialized space is designed to maintain a controlled environment, ensuring consistency and precision in our painting processes.
